Dear Crafters,
Tucker Valley Elementary Middle School will be having a Spring Craft
Fair on April 20th
. We can no longer pull out our bleachers to seat our full
student body or parents during important events at our school. The Craft
Fair is scheduled for April 20th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Tucker
Valley school gym. The doors will be opened at 8:00 a.m. for crafters to
set up. This year, the cost for a table space is $15.00 if you bring your own
table, and $20 with Tucker Valley to provide a table. The space is an 8-
foot space, the size of a regular table. If you would like two spaces, please
make sure you note that on your reservation form below and pay for two
spots. We require a non-refundable space/table fee in order to hold your
place for the Craft Fair.
Please fill out and complete the reservation form below along with your
payment to the address below, by April 10, 2024. All crafters are
responsible for unloading and setting up their own items. You also will be
responsible for cleaning up your area after the craft show is over.
There also will be a Silent Auction. If you would like to donate to the
Silent Auction, it would be much appreciated. Concessions will be
available.
